WASP - Home Wildfire Protection Kit

The WASP Kit is an emergency saturation system solution for the home featuring patented gutter-mount brackets, agricultural-grade wind-fighting sprinkler heads, and 7.5m length forestry-grade firefighting hoses. It is designed to saturate roofs and the surrounding vegetation in the Home Ignition Zone (HIZ) to prevent flying embers from starting spot fire ignitions during wildfires and is far more effective than the Standard Home Sprinkler System. Flying embers starting spot fires close to a home are the main cause of home and structure loss during wildfires.

The WASP brackets are wind and heat resistant and clip quickly & securely to your gutters. Just place them on the end of any household pole long enough to reach your gutters and clip them on. They are fully adjustable to fit all types of gutters.

Water is sprayed out through an agricultural grade sprinkler head which generates more nozzle pressure than a standard home grade sprinkler head. This agricultural grade head increases the reach that a standard home sprinkler would be effective over, combatting the strong winds that often drive wildfires.

The WASP Kit also includes WASP fence/fascia mounts for attachment on homes without gutters, allowing the sprinklers to be attached to walls or fences to protect equipment and/or gutterless structures.

The WASP kit has a built-in adjustment for higher (steeper) roof pitches. The rotating sprinkler heads are rated for a 10m spray radius.
